Mr. Sullivan joined Mill Road Capital in 2018. Previously, he worked in the Technology Investment Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

 

Mr. Sullivan earned a B.A. in Economics with Distinction from Yale University.

 

Mr. Sullivan volunteers his time as a board member of organizations that support non-partisan political discourse at his alma mater.

Mr. Brown joined Mill Road Capital in 2020. Previously, he worked in M&A and Restructuring Advisory at Moelis & Company.

 

Mr. Brown earned a B.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. Gittes joined Mill Road Capital in 2019. Previously, he worked in the Consumer & Retail Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

 

Mr. Gittes earned a B.S. in Applied Mathematics - Economics from Brown University.

Mr. Isenburg joined Mill Road Capital in 2020. Previously, he worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan.
